This policy does not apply to any purchases made through Apple’s App Store. Any purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple’s policies. Please use Apple’s support web site to report a problem with your purchase. Your e-mailed receipt should have a Report a problem link as well.
Etresoft, Inc. strives to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchases. If you are having a problem, please contact us so we can help you resolve it. We can answer questions about our products or possibly even make changes to our products. But if we can't resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will refund your purchase if your request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Note: If you do choose to request a refund, please understand that we will no longer provide you with support for our products. So if you have a list of questions, don’t end it with a request for a refund. Otherwse, that is the only request that will be fulfilled. Additionally, the functionality that you purchased and we subsequently refunded will stop working.
